Well, it basically remains the same game as MM3 but several graphical content has been added. There are customizable decals and sponsors, 3d view of base station and real-time view of vehicles at circuits. Though it's very entertaining, these have down-graded the overall graphics. The AIs are less emotional than before and it's quite ez to farm money here. No necessity of money mod. The game is still enjoyable as MM3 but does have the issue of boredom. But it's a pretty good game for passing time indeed.
